Each summer, the troop comes together to plan the year ahead. Scouts decide the types of adventures they want to take on. Caving, climbing, fishing, or something new. They then map those activities to each month.

Every scout has a voice in shaping the direction of the troop. From first-year members to senior leaders, they help choose the experiences that define the year.
